The 17th American Conference on Crystal Growth and Epitaxy (ACCGE-17), the 14th U.S. Biennial Workshop on Organometallic Vapor Phase Epitaxy (OMVPE-14) and the 6th International Workshop on Modeling in Crystal Growth (IWMCG-6) will be held together August 9 – 14, 2009 at the beautiful Grand Geneva Resort in Lake Geneva Wisconsin. The format of the conference is designed to maximize interaction both amongst specialists and the wider crystal growth community.

ACCGE-17 will provide a forum for the presentation and discussion of recent research and development activities in all aspects of epitaxial thin film and bulk crystal growth; sessions will integrate fundamentals, experimental and industrial growth processes, characterization and applications. The conference will include both oral and poster sessions as well as plenary and invited speakers to provide a broad picture of developments in the field. The meeting will focus on a wide range of crystal growth science issues.
