Considering the current strong economic constraints, the Technical & Scientific Meeting of ARCSIS has chosen, for its 12th edition, to focus on the innovations required to achieve low cost manufacturing. Appealing more and more participants each year, the meeting has brought together, for twelve years now, semiconductor manufacturers, equipment and materials suppliers and research centres on leading-edge topics related to microelectronics in response to the market’s requirements. This year the Meeting, dedicated to “Innovative approaches for low cost manufacturing”, will take place on September 28th & 29th 2009, at the Community Centre of Rousset (France). These two days will consist of scientific and technical conferences and posters presented by local and worldwide experts from research centres and industry.
