Newly focusing on the theme of Thin and Flexible Packaging, the ARCSIS Micropackaging Days have chosen to adopt a leading edge position on the microelectronics and packaging activities.
This year, the event will take place on October 15th & 16th 2009. Organised at the Provence Microelectronics Centre – Georges Charpak in Gardanne (France), it will deal with Thin and Flexible Packaging and will consist of scientific and technical conferences and a poster session presented by experts from Universities, research centres and industry.
