Description :

TMI-Tech staff has been involved in the implementation of SEMI software automation standards for more than 10 years and has worked for both IC makers and equipment manufacturers.  TMI-Tech is also involved in several task forces and work groups (SEMI, SEMATECH,...) including 300 mm automation standards and e-diagnostics. Participation in an average of four international standards meetings each year and has proven experience in providing quality software consulting and development services to semiconductor equipment manufacturers and IC makers.

TMI-Tech offer Equipment controller software development, EFEM for 150/200mm wafers, robotics integration and automation (SECS/GEM) products.

TMI-Tech's staff follow you from design stage through to factory integration.
