HPR provides complete turn key gas distribution systems as well as atmospheric cryogenic systems.  With extensive knowledge in semiconductor process gases, much of our work is gas line and cabinet installation in support of process tools.

We are a supplier of Vacuum Barrier Corporation liquid nitrogen piping and components with direct installation and service to the customer.  We also sell and install RKI Gas Detection systems for semiconductor applications.

Our primary focus is sales and service to R&D, university and light lab applications.  Our primary area of operation is within New Mexico and the surrounding states however we do travel extensively and frequently complete installations within Mexico.
