The company’s AdvancAir® brand of environmental control systems can be configured in “cubes” that can be installed either horizontally or vertically depending on the original equipment manufacturer’s (OEM) application.  A choice of cooling media (direct expansion refrigerant or chilled water), integrated humidification (immersed element or ultrasonic), and filtration (HEPA, ULPA or chemical) can be specified. A typical custom AI system requires 200-plus man hours to design, build and test.

The company also builds the HEPAir® brand of environmental controllers.  These are available in standard or customized horizontal configurations, from one-half to two-ton capacities. They provide stable control of temperature, humidity, pressure and filtration for cleanroom, computer, laboratory, hospital and R&D applications. Options include integrated stainless steel humidifiers, pre-filtration, re-heaters, ultra-violet sterilization, duct collars, and PID (proportional-integral-derivative) controls.

Air Innovations environmental control systems are available from fractional to 24-ton capacities and can be configured into a variety of “packaged” systems, from the size of a two-car garage to that of a microwave. They are made of high-quality stainless steel or powder-coated aluminum for durability and are factory-tested at simulated loading conditions to minimize on-site start up.  Multiple supply, return and make-up air opening locations offer ductwork accessibility and unit location flexibility.

Air Innovations offers prototyping, small runs and mass production; its  products are available for international operation and are certified to ETL, UL, CSA, MIL-STD, CE, ANSI or SEMI safety and performance standards. AI’s AdvancAir products also serve as direct replacement for Clestra Cleanroom equipment built prior to 1999.
