We manufacture and support Micro-electronic Bond Testers including: Wire pull tester, Ball Shear Tester, Die Shear Tester, Solder Ball Pull Tester, Bump Shear Tester, 3 point die strength tester. All testers can optionally equipped with hi-magnification failure site image capture.
We also make Semiconductor Die Sorters both automatic and semi-automatic, with output to waffle packs, Gel-Paks, and tape/reel. Our specialty is fragile die , GaAs, MEMS, high mix short run production, wafer mapping and R&D.
