ECI Technology manufactures process control tools for copper electrodeposition. These tools are based on the Cyclic Voltammetry Stripping (CVS) principle and provide control of plating processes by measuring plating additives in ml/1 of concentration. The SERA (chronopotentiometric) based process control tools are valuable for surface characterization, detect impurities and thin films, and measure copper metal, copper oxides type and thickness with Angstrom accuracy.
