The patented PL Spectra Imager for LED Epitaxial Wafer, which was funded by the National High-tech Research &Development Plan (863 Plan), was developed jointly by Tsinghua University and Beijing Chn-top Machinery Co.,Ltd. The Imager can detect PL spectrum of LED epitaxial wafer and form PLM apping with high resolution on line quickly, as well as be of measuring wafer’s thickness and roughness and other functions to offer reliable data for process control of wafer production.
