Description :
A Pellicle is a thin, Transparent membrane that seals off the mask of reticle surface from airborne particles and other forms of contamination. The Thermoelectric Chiller is a heater or cooler both environmentally friendly and free from the Problems that usual chiller has, with exclusion of Freon gas by incorporating the "Peltier Effect" FRD (Fluorine Rinse Dryer) is added HF that the usual IPA Dryer does not have. FRD is the advanced rinse dryer for Device Process under Design Rule 0.13µm.
