Description :

Mask size is from 4" square for IC up to 800mm x 920mm for circuit board or display. The pattern generator, we have some writers, have a great advantage in a curve line and an oblique line compared with competitors. Especially, in 4" to 6" for semiconductor, 7" and 9" mask, we can bring superior performance into these masks, and not just in CD uniformity and linearity but in positioning accuracy of the pattern on the mask.

We also manufacture Photomasks over 0.35 micron node.
