Capacitive sensors from MicroSense provide high resolution, non-contact position sensing and displacement measurement over ranges up to 4 mm. Capacitive sensors detect any conductive target, with nanometer and even sub-naometer resolution. MicroSense sensors are availble for use in atmosphere and high vacuum environments.
MicroSense also designs and manufactures high sensitibvity vibrating sample magnetometers for magnetic field measurements.
