Bring together scientist specialized on various topics related to group IV semiconductors.
The  workshop will focus on new achievements in processing, characterization and modelling of group IV semiconductors and related materials for band gap and material engineering with applications in nanoelectronic, nanophotonic and photovoltaic devices.

The sessions will cover 5 main topics and include introductory Key note tutorial lectures in each specific topic, followed by invited talks and oral contributions.

For stimulating fruitful discussions, the number of participants will be limited to 100-120.
