The Korean government is driving growth and development of Korea’s renewable energy industry with goals of significantly increasing the adoption of solar energy nationwide and becoming a dominant world-leader and supplier of PV technology.  Through public and private investment, Korea is targeting 10% of the world’s PV manufacturing market utilizing the infrastructure and the resources of semiconductor and display industries where Korea has a world-class leadership.
