Chi Mei Energy established in January 2008 and initial capital is USD 65M ( as of January 2008 ). Chi Mei Energy provides thin-film solar panels design, manufacturing and technical services.
Chi Mei Energy will complete equipment installation in Q4, 2008 and start mass production in Q1, 2009 with 50MW annual capacity. Following Y2009, Chi Mei Energy will have GW scale of aggressive capacity expansion to fulfill customers' strong demand.
