The 5th annual UK Semiconductors Conference and Exhibition is supported by the Institute of Physics Semiconductor Physics Group and will again be co-hosted with the UK Nitrides Consortium summer meeting. This 2-day event will cover all aspects of semiconductor research, spanning seven symposia.
New for 2010 is an Organic and Hybrid Semiconductors Symposium, plus the Optical Devices syposium will also hold a special focus session on photovoltaics.

Abstract submission is now open and one page abstracts are being solicited for the following symposia:

A Transport, mesoscopic phenomena and spintronics
B Optical devices (including focus session on photovoltaics)
C Electronic devices
D Semiconductor nanostructures
E Group-III-nitrides (in conjunction with the co-hosted UKNC summer meeting)
F Mid-IR and THz materials and devices
G Organic & organic/inorganic hybrid semiconductors
